Love Meter Terms of Service

Love Meter provides playful scores, couple types, FLAMES outcomes, symbolic Love Oracle signs, visual photo observations, AI-generated stories, reflection prompts, and share cards. Under the Love Meter Terms, none of these outputs establishes fact about feelings, attraction, loyalty, personality, compatibility, safety, identity, marriage, or future events. Deterministic calculations are consistent game mechanics, not scientific evidence.

You remain responsible for decisions, communication, and conduct. The Love Meter Terms prohibit using a result as professional advice or as a substitute for consent, evidence, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, emergency help, or qualified relationship support. Do not repeatedly use Love Oracle to seek certainty or use Love Meter by Photo to investigate another person. Stop using the service if an entertainment result causes distress.

Some Love Meter features are anonymous, while photo analysis and paid readings require Google sign-in. Under the Love Meter Terms, you must provide access to an account you are authorized to use and must protect its security. Do not share session credentials, impersonate another person, evade account controls, or use automation to create abusive traffic. You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated account.

Love Meter may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, payments, infrastructure, or legal compliance. The Love Meter Terms do not guarantee permanent availability of an account, result, or feature. You may delete your account through Profile. Some transaction or security records may remain where retention is reasonably necessary for disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.

Love Meter credits are one-time digital purchases processed through Stripe or PayPal. The Love Meter Terms do not create a subscription, recurring plan, or automatic renewal. Credit packs, prices, currency, and included credits are displayed before checkout. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be used only for eligible Love Meter features on the purchasing account.

Each AI reading costs the number of credits shown before generation, currently 100 credits. The Love Meter Terms permit an atomic deduction when generation begins. An idempotency key prevents repeated requests from creating repeated charges for the same attempt. If a model failure interrupts generation, Love Meter automatically returns the deducted credits and permits retry. This credit return is not a cash refund of the original pack purchase.

Stripe and PayPal process payments under their own agreements. Love Meter validates the selected pack, expected amount, currency, provider response, and webhook or capture state before adding credits. Under the Love Meter Terms, you agree not to manipulate checkout parameters, replay provider callbacks, submit fraudulent disputes, or exploit timing and idempotency behavior. Love Meter does not store complete card details.

Completed digital credit purchases are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise or Love Meter states a different policy. Contact contact@lovemeter.xyz with the account email, provider, transaction reference, time, amount, and issue. The Love Meter Terms allow correction of duplicate or incorrect ledger entries after investigation. Nothing in the Love Meter Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

You may submit only names, questions, and photos that you are legally permitted to use. The Love Meter Terms prohibit illegal, abusive, exploitative, harassing, privacy-invasive, infringing, or non-consensual content. Do not upload intimate imagery, child sexual exploitation material, hidden-camera content, identity documents, medical records, or images submitted to investigate or intimidate another person.

Love Meter by Photo is limited to visible atmosphere, color, composition, style, and emotional presentation. The Love Meter Terms prohibit treating its output as facial recognition, identity verification, lie detection, personality assessment, loyalty analysis, or relationship proof. You grant Love Meter and necessary providers a limited permission to process submitted content only to operate, secure, and improve the requested service subject to the Privacy Policy.

Do not overload, scrape at abusive volume, reverse engineer protected systems, bypass authentication, guess private tokens, interfere with storage cleanup, exploit payment flows, upload malware, test stolen credentials, or access another user's private reading. The Love Meter Terms also prohibit using results to harass, defame, discriminate, threaten, manipulate, or pressure another person.

You may share ordinary result links and downloaded cards for personal, non-abusive use. Do not remove Love Meter branding to misrepresent the source, claim that a result is certified, or sell generated reports as professional assessment. The Love Meter Terms permit reasonable links and commentary about the service but do not grant ownership of Love Meter trademarks, code, design, or proprietary content.

AI-generated text may be inaccurate, repetitive, incomplete, or unsuitable. The Love Meter Terms require you to review AI output before relying on or sharing it. Love Meter prompts establish product boundaries, but models can still produce unexpected content. Report output that appears to infer protected traits, genuine feelings, loyalty, personality, future behavior, or professional conclusions.

A paid AI reading expands a fixed result or visual observation; it does not validate the underlying relationship. Under the Love Meter Terms, Love Meter may change providers, models, prompts, report structures, or safety controls. Completed reading content may differ between tools and attempts. Love Meter does not promise that a particular phrase, tone, story, date idea, or interpretation will appear.

Love Meter may add, remove, suspend, or modify features and may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, security events, network conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, relationship accuracy, or fitness for a consequential purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Meter is not liable for decisions, conflict, embarrassment, lost opportunities, or other harm arising from treating entertainment output as fact. Applicable law may not allow every exclusion, so the Love Meter Terms apply only to the extent permitted. If one provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue. Love Meter may update these Love Meter Terms and post a revised date.
